Here’s what you need to know
We need YOU to make our schools run smoothly so that teachers can focus on teaching and students can focus on learning.
As Director of Campus Operations (DCO), you’ll be the leader of operations for KIPP’s first high school in Camden - which will grow to serve 800 students. This means you will manage all non-instructional systems and staff in the building. As the founding High School Director of Campus Operations, you’ll have the opportunity to design operational systems from the ground up and to launch them when the school opens its doors in August of 2020.
We believe that in order to execute at the highest level necessary for our schools to fulfill promises to all students, we must develop our operational leaders with as much purpose as we develop our instructional leaders. We are therefore seeking candidates who can start immediately (January 2020) to participate in a 6-month fellowship. The fellowship is focused on training and on-the-job experience for all of the non-instructional areas that are required to run a school.
A bit more about you…

Challenges excite you.
You are proactive.
