Here’s what you need to know:

KIPP New Jersey  is looking for an Operations Associate to support our quickly growing network of public schools in Camden, New Jersey. 

Must haves:

  • Ninja-level organizational Skills

  • Ability to keep a regular schedule of 10-15 hrs per week

  • Ability to follow through on tasks and projects

  • Dependability

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Zest, grit, hope, love, social intelligence, gratitude, and a sense of humor

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

As an Operations Associate, you will work closely with our Managing Director of Operations and the Executive Director. 

Office Management and Events

  • Team logistics

    • Take minutes during team meetings, follow up from weekly/monthly meetings

    • Ensure office is stocked with supplies and snacks

  • Executive Support

    • Submit reimbursements on behalf the Executive Director

    • Calendar management for Executive Director

  • File management and organization

    • Filing contracts and insurance documents in digital database

    • Creation of quarterly goal templates for regional team members

  • Regional event planning

    • Happy hours and lunches for team
