KIPP Texas Public Schools is looking for a Director of School Management Support to join the high-impact Academic Strategy team. This person will help support the organization’s long-term strategy and play a role in executing and progress monitoring high-priority, large scale, and cross-departmental projects.
The Director of School Management Support will work collaboratively with regional superintendents, senior leadership and colleagues across various departments to solve some of the organization’s most complex problems, such as attendance and supporting the opening of new schools. In addition, they will support in gathering information, updates and tasks from multiple departments. This role is designed to create immediate impact while also supporting the implementation of the long term strategy.
Manage regular communication via newsletters and recurring meeting structures
Effectively collaborate across teams through managing projects, tasks, and workflows
Drive key transformational innovation projects with cross-functional teams
Gain exposure to many aspects of KIPP Texas Public Schools business, including finance, strategy, operations and talent
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively on engagements
Strong team player and intellectually curious
Exceptional communication skills with comfort presenting to C-suite audiences
Self-motivated with ability to independently manage work priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience and knowledge around curriculum, instruction, and assessment

Salary is based on years of experience, degree of education, and level of expertise. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
