Academic Program Manager of ELA

What is KIPP?
KIPP, Knowledge is Power Program, is a national network of free, open-enrollment, college-preparatory public schools in under-resourced communities throughout the United States.  There are 224 KIPP schools in 20 states and the District of Columbia educating nearly 100,000 students on their path to and through college, careers, and life.

We believe that great teachers and school leaders, a supportive learning environment, and an emphasis on both academics and character are the foundation for student success, and we strive to provide these for every child.  Nationally, KIPP alumni graduate from college at 4 times the national average, which is good, but not good enough. Our goal is for 75% of our alumni to graduate from college and be prepared to live a personally and financially satisfying life.
